We recently underpinned our East York home and Alex from Cadaxx provided and coordinated our home drawings and extensive number of permits with the city of Toronto. He was also easily available for advice when my husband and I had any questions. The service was seamless and we really enjoyed working with Alex. Would definitely recommend.
