Sammy did a wonderful job on our house. He was working both upstairs and down and he was quick to get one floor finished so we weren't totally disrupted. He & Edison worked around carpet installers and even did a couple of small repairs that weren't on the list. He kept to the quoted price and was very close to the quoted time. Sammy made some recommendations that saved us money even though it would have meant more for him. The potlights look amazing and the repair to the ceiling is great. We left him alone in our home while we were at work with no concern. He is happy if you leave the coffee pot ready to go! We are very happy with Sammy's work and have already had people ask us about him. We would use him again and recommend him to anybody who wants a quality job done.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and the installers cleaned up after themselves. The windows were installed quicker than the quoted date which was a real surprise when working with contractors. We have been happy with the quality of the products installed. We have gone back to them for more windows and eavestrough work. All of it has been excellent and done on time and in budget.

We had a leak in our dining room ceiling which is right under the bathrooms. We called Mr Rooter and they were out very promptly. He and my husband checked flushed the toilet and ran the shower but he was unable to find anything wrong. We do have a large hole in our dining room ceiling which we don't want to fix until we know the cause of the leak. They did fix a running toilet (at extra cost) but we feel we paid a lot of money with no real resolution. They have a customer satisfaction survey on their website, but they don't respond to it. PART 2 I read the response from them and that is not exactly what happened. The plumber that came here said he was not sure what caused the leak but did suggest recaulking the tub. He said if that was not the problem he would come back again to see. Secondly, I did get a phone call from the company after I posted my original review and they said that somebody else would call me back in a day or two as they were on vacation. I did not receive a phone call. I can see by the reviews that other people have had a positive experience with Mr Rooter. I would have to say that mine was lacking.

My brother had made some mission style chairs that needed custom cushions. Richards was able to make exactly what we wanted even though we weren't real sure ourselves. He took the measurements and did a wonderful job of making comfortable cushions that have lasted for a couple of years on one chair and they still look great. We have gone back since for more and have sent family members to him too
