After my dryer motor burned out, and repairing it was prohibitive, I called Edmonds for advice, as I also needed a second set of laundry appliances for another part of my home. This was where my extraordinary experience started. An extremely helpful lady on the phone for an hour, discussing varied options in a patient , professional , non-pushy, genuinely helpful way. I decided on a new dryer to match my stackable washer, and everything ticked along like clockwork. An absolutely outstandingly professsional business that is respectful of the customer and delivers on-time and ensures the installation is perfect. My new dryer had some installation hiccups with the stacking rack needing modifications. Unphased by this, the installers figured out what they needed and then called a manager at the store who then left to find the part at another store ( as the part was out of stock at Edmonds ) . The installers then returned later the same day with everything they needed to ensure the installation was perfect, and completed what was promised on time, with care and attention to detail, and couldn’t have been more courteous through the whole process. I have never experienced such a classy level of service from an appliance store in my life. They really are attentive to the needs of their customer and their professionalism is remarkable. They are patient and their seamless service from purchase to installation is done by their full-time employees who clearly take pride in their work. I can not recommend them highly enough, and will be making all my future appliance purchases ( of which I have a few ) with Edmonds. Ian and his team are efficient and personable. They have an eye for detail and perfection, and worked with great patience during the design and quotation phase to ensure that the project was do-able and met the highest standard for design and quality whilst keeping our budget in mind. All designs and colour choices/layout options were meticulously computer rendered and signed off on and installation dates finalised. The installation and garage floor repair and coating process was tedious and time-consuming and done with care, with daily cleanups at the end of each workday. The slatwall and garage cabinetry tranformed the space as did the beautiful floor. The basement closets significantly enhance the useability and esthetic of the space. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and result....... completely hassle free, and exactly as promised, or, as in my case, better than expected.
