During the estimate appointment with Daniel, I already had a feeling he and his team will do a great carpentry job through his professional act. He brought tape measure and notebook, wrote down all the detailed measurement, needed tools with drawings and notes. Another technician from another company came with bare hands for quoting. Almost instantly, I decide to hire Daniel to do the project. Although there were small mistakes on quoting and wood quality, but were able to solve and correct in timely manner. His on-time, courteous team did not disappoint me. Just in 2 weeks, I have beautiful looking arbor for Wisteria and railings, which adds value to this 25 years old house. The whole experience is wonderful from fast booking to decent service. The technicians, Tim and Jesse were very nice and courteous. They are professional enough to quickly find out how to set up their vacuum equipment according to the landscape and got everything started in a short time. Tim helped to get rid of the dangerous, broken dryer vent tube and replaced a brand new one with better quality to insure zero fire hazard. He even offered me a discount since my dryer is very close to the outdoor vent. The job was done in a fairly reasonable time and I could feel the freshness air again. Thank you, Modernpuair!
