I like shopping at Ikea because the show room provides great decorating ideas and you can get pretty much anything you want there. Though the shopping experience is organized and fairly efficient and inexpensive, i would have to say you really pay for it in having to assemble your own furniture. It is very time consuming. They should offer assembly at your home for a small fee. I bet most would pay for it.

I needed appliances and didn't have time to stay in the store to look around. I explained what I was looking for and asked for the best price possible as i didn't have time to look around and I am a long time customer of Sears Home Furnishings. She was very helpful, provided me with information over the phone, model numbers to look at on the website and the most competitive price, all within one week and delivered in the next.
