Engaged to source/install new flooring, remove wall to create open kitchen/living area, and kitchen reno in 1100 sqft condo. After flooring was done, noticed chips throughout, significant creeking and many areas that were not level. Project was already behind schedule but after repeated escalations and little activity, indicated to them that no further payment would be made until flooring fixed. Next day, they walked off the job, and had the gall to email me an additional invoice, leaving me to find other contractors to clean up their mess as Christmas holidays approached. Kitchen cabinets that were paid for never delivered; kitchen was completely torn up; several pieces of furniture damaged; dishwasher tipped forward when door opened… and more. Instead of qualified flooring and tile installers, used general laborers. Under no circumstances could we recommend this company based on how they handled this project. Complete lack of professionalism.
