This summer we came back knowing that there was water damage from a broken pipe. It seemed not to bad, but we wanted to know for sure and remembered Tony from when he did our home inspection a year earlier. We got Tony to agree to come in the house and do an inspection, even before the insurance company was able to organize things them selves. Tony once again took a lot of time inspecting any damage and showing us his findings by taking us through the house showing us everything with all his unique gadgets. He found that the damage was far more extensive showing us the water behind the walls with his infra red camera. He created a great report that we could use in hand when we finally had the insurance assess-er in the house and tell them exactly where to go and what to look at. We are now going through the process of remediation and rebuild, but I can pick up the phone and call Tony and he continued to give us helpful tips. The second time we used Tony's services and again it is worth every cent. The insurance would have cut corners, now they can not as Tony showed us where the damage was, so we could show the Insurance and their subcontractors. I would recommend Tony any time to anybody who needs an inspection whether it is for buying your house or assessing damages beyond what the eye can see, Tony is your man for the job

We recently renovated our home and used Romano Disposal Services for our disposal needs - renting a yellow bin to haul away our construction/reno waste.
