Reid was extremely knowledgeable about stain removal and carpet cleaning in general. If you have questions, he has answers! He was able to completely remove a pet stain that we couldn't get out, he removed stains from dining room chairs and left the all the carpets and upholstery looking like new! He is an owner operator and you know that you are getting the absolute best service with no shortcuts or pushy sales gimmicks. I won't use anyone else, Reid is the carpet guy!

Jeremy from Knight Carpentry did a fantastic job building a gate on the side of our house. They fit us into their schedule quickly and the gate looks great!
