From my first phone call to Rob, he seemed to be a genuine person who I could rely on making the most important inspection of my financial investment. On the day of inspection, he arrived as per our agreed upon time and did a thorough inspection of the house. I was amazed at his professionalism since it was a bit chilly outside on the day of the inspection, but he took his time to do a complete 360 degree exterior inspection before moving on inside.
