Faulty balast in basement florescent light, replace.
Ardases was great, respectful, and explained fully that the balast needed to be replaced. As a homeowner i can appreciate honesty. I would definitely recommend Ziya electric to anyone with electrical needs. Thanks again Ardases. Quality,knowledge, honesty, and great service at a fair price.
