I had called Mark to assist with removing some chipping lead paint on my balcony. He gave me great advice and offered a way more reasonable price than another company. During that inspection, I had him look into some suspected mold issues. He followed the signs which led to discovery of way more hidden mold behind the walls. He dealt with it quickly pretty much over the next few days. Thank you Mark and team!
