We heard noises in the attic in the fall for a few years but did nothing about it. That was a big mistake. Then in February our son cranked our heat and we found a bat in our basement. I left messages for several companies for a quote and this was the only one to call back. Phil was polite and professional. He explained everything over the phone about bats, how they hibernate, mating season and more importantly how they grow in number every year. He came the following week to take a look. His son was barely up there 1 minute before he said we had a serious problem. Bats had made holes in our insulation to sleep and there were holes everywhere. He took a video to show us the colony. These holes were everywhere. After taking a tour of the outside of our house, Phil gave us a written quote and explained how they would bat, squirrel, raccoon and mice proof our house. He explained how they would put one-way doors in so the bats could get out but not back in. He took the time to answer all of my questions. They came back in March to proof our house. A year late we are bat and mice free. We usually get voles in the spring and to date we have not had a problem with voles or bats. I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional, courteous and prompt. You will not be sorry employing this company for your pest control needs.
