Derek responded quickly to my emails and concerns and we agreed on a water softener that was appropriate for my home and finances. The installation was done within 2 business days of my final decision and with great service.
I found Jenny through HomeStars and she came to our house to discuss the best blinds to install, based on our needs, in our new home being built. The timing was perfect and they were installed the same day we moved in! Other companies didn't want to give advice just asked what I wanted (which I didn't really know) and then tried to up-sell me.

They had very poor service. We have dogs and they recomended softwood wich is not pet durable and is being destroyed. They didnt fully explain their policies to us so we missed being able to return our unused product by only a few days. They wouldnt budge on their policy and now we are left with a bunch of product we can't use ourselves and its not enough to use for another project. we are very unsatisfied and wont be using them again.

In general, our return policy is 30 days, in unopened re-sell-able condition, and wouldn't without reason make a few days an issue.
