The initial results are very positive but we are concerned about the lack of a sealer/primer coat used in some areas like pantry and door panels where hand and/or food-based oils were previously present but not visible. Hopefully the paint surface will continue to adhere over time.Also the washer was reconnected improperly resulting in water running to drain and not into machine. The dryer was never reconnected. We would have appreciated a note indicating they were not reconnected or to 'check connections'. It is important to note that we were quoted the job at 4-6 business days and it actually took 10.75 days to complete.

Thanks for the feedback. I do apologize about the washer and dryer! I should have checked on that. I'm very sorry.
Prime coats are only done on new, unpainted surfaces. Between coats, we did go and look for stains coming through and hit them with Kilz to seal them in when we found them. I wish we could have got it done sooner, but the extra coats to cover the dark colour there on all surfaces added to the time.
