I needed to replace carpets in my basement and went to many carpet suppliers. The rep here was very nice, helpful and gave me some samples. The prices including installation, etc, was not as good as I got from another supplier and therefore went with another company. Casual atmosphere, not fancy, but it was fine. I would still check there again in the future.
Had carpets cleaned of the house we were moving into. They were very pleasant, professional. There were no hidden or extra costs. The previous owners had cats, so there was still quite a bit of cat hair, AFTER the cleaning. But it was better after the carpets dried and I vacuumed.

Had some work done and bought my slate from Universal slate. Went in a few times and besides having to wait for service due to many customers, the service was great. They were very helpful in suggesting complementary tiles/designs and provided as many samples as I wanted. They also had some good sales on select tiles.
Bought a house and hired Hot Pepper to clean the ducts/furnace before moving in. Very professional and educational. Their basic packages are very reasonable in price. I went with a heavy duty cleaning but they said I could go with the basic package from then on. Very happy with the service and will be using them again.

Recently upgraded from a double mattress to a high-end king-size mattress. Was expecting to pay $1500 for the one I wanted, but because a competitor was having a clearout sale... and sleep country has an amazing "beat their price" guarantee, got the great mattress for under $1000! Smoking deal. Only problem I had was the delivery men... they were ok, but sort of came in and out of the place like a tornado (should've been a bit more careful and less rough). Other than that, our experience was great. No pressure, just good quality, good prices. LOVE our new mattress.
