The individuals were prompt ,very friendly and professional. The sales rep Stan took time to explain the different windows and insulation . Garden door entry door and windows. He ensured we were satisfied with the product we chose and answered all questions we had. Very knowlegable. The lead instAller Egor was just As processionAl. And knowlegable.He measured the windows and doors and when it. Came to the date of installation all were a perfect fit. In closing I would recommend this company as they are honest knowlegable and Stan behind their product and their customer service.
