Defective product- no response from company
Received a defective sectional with a tear in the fabric. We picked it up ourselves because it was beyond their delivery area. Now to address the issue we need to bring the sectional back at our own cost. No attempts to find any other solution. They are not responding to our phone calls. So disappointed in what once was a reputable organization.
