If you are looking for someone to come in and help out with your yard maintenance, look no further!! Seriously, I have done my own yard for 30+ years but other priorities required me to search for someone that could come in and take over some of the tasks. I put the word out on Homestars and Spencer was the only one to respond and did so within 12 hrs! He came to my place, listened to my needs and we came up with a customized and tailored plan for services and help that I needed. NOT a predefined package with a bunch of things I could still do myself. His pricing is very fair and as mentioned, he is very open to helping out with only the things you need help with. Today he came for his first visit and all I can say is WOW! Spencer has an amazing work ethic, is meticulous, and pays attention to details I though only I cared about. He kept me informed leading up to the appointment when weather was going to delay things, he took on a couple of additional things last minute that I requested and left the place immaculate. Services he did this visit included aeration, lawn rolling, de-thatching, and overseeding on 2 properties. I will definitely be reaching out to Spencer for future services! Thank you Spencer.

Purchased 2 new Kitchen aid dishwashers from Sears 4 years ago along with an extended warranty. One of them had a problem right away with a defective latch (subject to recall notice). Asked Sears to replace both at the same time but would only replace the one that was known to be defective because it locked the dishwasher. Recently, the wheel assembly broke which could have resulted in the whole upper rack dropping. Last Friday was supposed to be the service call, Sears used wrong address even though they were corrected at time of appt booking. Then refused to do service or wait to have things sorted out because it was the wrong address. Rebooked, for Wednesday and have had to follow up 3 times to find out when they were coming. They said they would call but never called back.

In September 2005 I had a deck installed by Simon and Adam and am very pleased to see that they have maintained their 10 rating. Our deck is still absolutely stunning and solid after 8 years. Thank you Simon & Adam. Marj & Stefan

The design was amazing, better than anything we have seen in any magazine or book (and believe me, we had all of the books on decks out of the library). The work site was always kept orderly with the wood bits neatly piled up every night. Suggestions were made by Perfectview decks that resulted in our deck being custom made and absolutely amazing.
