I purchased the house knowing it was a complete fixer upper. Ed did everything from the complete demo of the interior of the house. He rebuilt the entire home; 900 ft sq. He replaced windows, doors and insulation, which allowed me to receive a rebate from Enbridge gas. He did the framing and drywall, which included a new floor plan. The house now has vaulted ceilings, large master bedroom, and spacious bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen with a stone countertop, living room, half bath and laundry! He arranged all specialized trades (spray foam insulation, electrical, countertop, permits, roofing). Ed did an amazing job with it all!! Im hoping to add an upstairs addition for a second bedroom, I am looking forward to working with Ed again for that project.

Jerry came and took the measurements while we chose our post, rail, picket and stain. We had removed old carpet and the drywall from a wall running through the four flights of stairs. The crew arrived on time and began transforming our old stairs into a beautiful complete hardwood staircase with metal pickets. The carpenter's solved any problems quickly, and completed the job in an excellent time frame exactly as I wanted it. I can't wait to show all my family and friends .
