Ok Vacuums Plus. Quality Service! Read my story! I bought a Hoover Air Pro ™ Bagless Canister Vacuum from Walmart. For some time didn't give me problems. After only five months it began to smell very bad. I thought it was just a filter problem. So I cleaned the filters but unfortunately it wasn't that! So I searched on the internet to find a doctor for vacuums here in Toronto. The only one with 5-stars reviews was Vacuums Plus. I called and the guy of the customer service was so kind. He told me to immediately take the vacuum to the store stating that the consultation was free. So that day I brought my hoover by Vacuum Plus and met a great guy the owner Mr.Marco! Marco after reviewing the cleaner told me that was the engine that was burning. An overheating problem. So being under guarantee he assured me to send it to Hoover to replace the motor. I was already super happy with his solution offered at no cost. After only 10 working days I get an email from Vacuums Plus. I rush to the store and Marco greets me with a big Italian smile telling me he had a surprise for me. He managed to make me replace the entire vacuum cleaner with the tools included. In that moment I wanted to jump on him and hug him hard. I left Vacuums Plus with a BIG SMILE smile on my face. This is undoubtedly a 5 stars business! This is Vacuums Plus.
