Had Clearview out to fix a furnace. Unfortunately due to the ridiculous "diagnosis fee" you feel compelled to continue "some" of the work - but not the outrageous $6K in recommended repairs that is presented before the real issue is dealt with. Be wary of the iPad as it will have any possible work to be done including the kitchen sink. Prices are extremely inflated. Final invoice has NO breakdown of costs - just a final price total. Had to ask for a detail breakdown...really??? Here are some of their costs so you can phone around: You compare costs: Furnace Control Board $870 Flame Sensor $270 Ignition system $300 Fool me once shame on me. They will NOT be coming back. I thought this business model died with the start of the internet but NOPE!

Got tired of the front office mistakes of my old irrigation company so I was looking for a new one. Even though Springrock did not have any existing reviews I decided to give them a shot as the communication was good at the onset. When dealing with Springrock you are dealing with Bilal the owner and not a 18-22 yr old summer student working for a larger company. Bilal is quite and unassuming and very professional. He did a great job wiring a Rachio controller (very clean wire install) even though he was more familiar with other brands of connected controllers and was great at problem solving irrigation issues. He also grease capped the connections which I have never had done in the 12 years in the house when using predecessor companies. I would recommend him and will be using him again going forward.
