Mark and his team are just amazing. Mark is a professional business owner and also an honest and caring human being. Mark at Victorious Carpet arranged to help me with moving heavy furniture in preparation for the carpet install. His professional staff removed the existing carpet from the stairs, hallway and bedrooms and installed new carpet and padding in less than 2 days. The quality of the workmanship and finished product is just amazing. They also managed to repair several areas on the floor that were squeeking. They took care of every detail including cleaning and recycling of all the old material and moving the furniture back. 10/10 customer service, quality, expertise and knowledge. I could not have found anyone better than Mark and his team at Victorious Carpet to do this project.

Luke has to be the best contractor and most honest person I have ever had the luck to hire. He completed our master bath renovation with such care, and did it as if he was renovating his own home. He helped us out from the start, including finding supplies and materials for the job and provided us with access to his contractor's discounts. He also transported the product for us at no extra cost. We were so happy with the bath reno he did that we hired Luke again to do some plumbing work in our kitchen and some drywall repair. He is now our first and only trusted contact when it comes to plumbing and general home renos.

Bee removal, Summer 2018: Joe used a vacuum to remove some of the bees from the colony in my roof. The entire process and the dust application took about 45 minutes. Unfortunately the bees returned, so Joe came back, no questions asked to take care of the problem for good. Squirrel removal, Winter 2018: I called Joe, it was one of the coldest days this past Winter. He installed a one-way trap over my roof vent, under freezing temperatures. The squirrels were out within hours. Joe returned back in the Spring to install a new vent cap and a cage to prevent future invasions. Joe is an example of professionalism at its best, someone that provides knowledge and experience to his customers and cares about getting the job done right.

I contracted Patryk Bubaj, at PB Aluminum, to install new eaves and downspouts on Thu June 4th, 2015. He showed up with a helper the day before, insisting I had the wrong install date. I had the installation day in writing on his estimate. I should have sent him home there and then, but I was too nice, and allowed him to go ahead with the work. Patryck completed the work and was paid in full, however the quality of the workmanship was not up to what he had promised. The eaves were leaky and he never installed connectors for the downspouts so it was just a matter of time for the downspouts to come apart and fall off the eaves. I contacted Patryk regarding the issue of the downspouts and sent him my address as per his request. He promised he would come and do the repair in late Summer 2018. The eaves are only 3 years old. I contacted him several times after that, sent him images and text him without ever receiving a reply. I had to have the repair done by another company and now I am out $350. Stay away from PB Aluminum!

I contacted Sunview Patio Doors regarding a patio window that had developed condensation. The window is supposed to be under warranty, however I was told that as I am not 'the original owner', the warranty no longer holds. At the time I contacted them the window were 9 years old. Oh well, think again, next time you get windows from this company as an owner, when you sell your home, all your windows' warranty will be null and void.
