We've had a terrible experience with this builder. We ended up going to court over the many issues we had and got a favorable ruling. The owner was a bully and not willing to sit down and discuss the issues. We had to rely on the courts and lawyers to settle.

Inderjit built our home and we've had a fantastic experience. the attention to detail was impressive. And any question or things we've needed done after the build he came within two days to fix it.
