Our ski club tenants burned several cords of wood over the season and it was obvious that we needed to address safety concerns re the creosote condition of the chimney. Alpine responded quickly, arrived on time with drop cloths, cleaned efficiently and without any mess. With their up to date equipment they do not need to access the chimney from your roof - so, no concerns re damage to your roof or scratched eaves troughs. As a very big assist and a bonus to me with a knee that won't bend, they also cleaned the glass door which was thick with 3 months of built up creosote. At $200 I consider this very professional and good value; I would highly recommend this company.
