Rudy is an excellent contractor for people who are looking for a contractor who can build a quality home at a reasonable price. He was understanding when we made changes to our building plan and helped us in every aspect of the building. He made it as easy as building a custom home can be. We highly recommend him.

As a painting contractor I can't tell you how much of a pleasure it is to work with Georgina and her fabulous staff at the Benjamin Moore in Richmond. Conveniently located just across the road from Ikea, Georgina and her staff are nothing but true professionals. I can't recommend her and her paints enough - she's unreal. I can clearly remember when a client wanted a paint colour matched and her and her staff spent no less than 30 minutes carefully coding and re-coding the paint until it was to satisfaction. At the end the client (a mortgage broker with a sharp eye for home renovations) was 100% satisfied, we were pleased, and we'd happily use her services again. Whether it's a small or large project Ellen of Inspiring Interiors is unreal. She has always made our clients feel welcome and has put them at ease with their renovations... big or small. To say that Roy's Mobile Auto Services is a great company is an understatement. I don't even know where to start. His customer service is second to none... always answering calls and e mails, Roy and his crew will always travel directly to the home of the client (hence the company name) and in our case totally exceeded all of our expectations! We received other quotes for industrial puck locks that were ridiculous (upwards of $900 - AND that would have required us leaving the van in the shop for a day thereby losing a day of work) but Roy was just over half that, was a true professional every step of the way, and installed a product that would take a bomb blast to dislodge it. As we are painters, vehicle security on our Chevy Astro Van is especially important: paint sprayers aren't cheap. He even checked the oil and did a fluid top up while he was there... free of charge! When we recently had a client who's carpet required some heavy carpet cleaning we decided to give Brisas a shot - and were not disappointed. Johnny and Ricki are an unbelievable pair. They almost always use products that are not harmful to the environment (or to your pets or children for that matter) and when there's a stain that does require chemicals they were sure to tell us and the client first, then apply the chemicals and then, get this, they used their natural cleaning solutions to remove the very same chemical that took out the stain in the first place! Pet stains, baby drool, and everything in between. Our cleints' carpets went from nightmare to a pleasant dream in only a few hours... Brisas carpet care - unreal!

We recently had a client in Caulfield, West Vancouver, with a rather discerning eye for detail and we are pleased to say that Benjamin Moore came though with shining colours. I remember clearly walking into their store... while they were closed and doing inventory! but realising we were in a bind opened the doors 30 minutes early for us, took our order, and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes - with 4 gallons of paint and 1 of primer. When a client of ours asked if we had an interior designer on hand we immediately turned to our long-time client, Suze McCart, and we were not disappointed. Throughout the project the client was always impressed with Suze's availability - always responding to calls and e mails in a timely and effective manner.
