The Premier Smart Homes team did a great job with our home automation project which included lighting, audio-visual, security, climate control and window shades. Since our home is 9 years old, all of the wiring needed to be carefully retrofitted into existing ceilings/walls throughout the house. The team did a really thoughtful and skillful job in minimizing required post-installation patching. Bill lead the planning, spec'ing and pricing while Matt and Adam took care of the heavy lifting during execution. Other team members (Ryan and Joel) also contributed at various points. We can comfortably say that the whole team was skillful, knowledgeable, tech savvy and responsive, as well as being professional in their communications/interactions with us. The project met our budget and time expectations and any deviations were driven by our own excitement to expand scope. We are very happy with the results and Matt has provided us with very good ongoing support. We would definitely recommend this team. The reason we selected the combo of Premier Smart Homes and Control4 in the first place (over other dealers and products that we interviewed and researched) was for their openness towards and knowledge of technology. We did not feel that we were forced into only considering brand names or Control4 hardware; rather, hardware solutions were selected based on goals important to us (including longevity, quality, reliability, compatibility and value-for-money).
