Had a section of drywall and baseboard in and near our first floor washroom that had water damage. Needed to be repaired and repainted. Reached out to the crew at Big Al's Texturing and they responded promptly with a fair quote. They were able to come out within a couple of days and did a fantastic job in repairing the damage. The painted area looks seamless and the previously damaged section blends in very well with the undamaged area. With the newly installed baseboard we can't even tell it apart from the original. In summary, fantastic job on all requested work items and I would definitely hire them again in the future for any other texturing needs.

Needed to have my foundation parging repaired as it was chipping and falling off. Anthony responded to my service request on Homestars and provided a very reasonable quote. We scheduled for the work to be done and he came by to take care of everything as discussed. The finished parging looks great and it melds in great with the original builder-applied foundation parging. Anthony also left the work area very clean after the work was completed. Would definitely recommend Anthony.

I had previously reached out to Diamond Home Inspection 4 years ago on our new build. Back then Egbert delivered and this time was no different. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain every aspect of the inspection in simple terms and details so that I could understand the whole process. Very patient and always takes the time to answer my questions. He will notice the very small details that clients will often miss (this time around he observed that a door latch was installed backwards, a detail that even the homeowner had not been aware of for years). Our house was built back in 2001 so the roof naturally needed to be replaced. Several recent hail storms actually took out numerous shingle tiles so the need became more urgent. We reached out to West Quality Construction and they immediately responded to our request. Francois took the time to meet in person and even helped to identify issues with ventilation from the attic as a source of extra wear on the shingle tiles. He gave us three very reasonable quotes, which included replacing the aging and ineffective roof vent along with the shingle replacement. Once we agreed on the package, they came out and were able to promptly finish the job within a single day. The end result was excellent and we are very happy with it. Thank you for a job well done!
