Scott was great to deal with. He could explain the VOC testing in detail before booking the appointment (next day, thanks again). He was on time, very knowledgeable about all the questions we had and even talked us through the next steps that could be taken if need be while we waited for the result of the VOC test - which is instant, and we will receive the results for the mold probes in a couple of days. All in a very good experience. Would definetly book him again
