I have been dealing with Copper Brook since December of 2014 and it has not been a happy journey like Josh speaks of. My house was well over budget and months behind schedule. Getting answers was difficult and the relationship non existent, i was actually told i was not a priority.

We're very disappointed you feel this way Janice. Your new home is beautiful and the compliments we've received from you and many others involved in this project confirm that. There were issues getting the project off the ground as the renovation turned into a complete new build as the previous/existing foundation was unable to to structurally support the addition. This added both time and cost but we were able to get you moved in under a year from starting the project with all of these delays.
On behalf of our entire team, I sincerely apologize that your experience with us has left you feeling like you were not a priority. We take this extremely seriously and to be honest are at a bit of a loss.
We have never had a customer express such dissatisfaction and I’d like to thank you for bringing this to my attention so we can hopefully learn from this experience.
