Customer service is spectacular
I contacted Kim and his company via email. Within a few days he came over and introduced himself. My partner and I are young for the area we live in. In the past I have had other repair people over for quotes and I have been completly disrespected and not taken seriously. Kim and his colleague were amazing, they treated us with respect and took time to explain everything. We received the quote on the spot as well as an email outlining all the costs. Kim even dropped off a bag of painting supplies and a free sample of one of the most popular colours this season to see if we liked it. We have not had the job done yet but the customer service completely blew me away. I highly recommend this company and I cannot wait for them to paint our house in the future.
