Ramiro is a lovely man who is a pleasure to have in your home. I booked the appointment weeks in advance, yet reliably he showed up right on time. He is honourable and trustworthy- and he takes pride in the quality of his work. My kitchen floor looks brand new! Outstanding job. Highly recommended.

I emailed in the evening requesting an inspection as we thought we might have been exposed to bedbugs. We had people from out of town stay in the house. Shortly after returning to their own home they were dismayed to discover they had a bedbug problem. Before I went to bed that night I had communicated with Michael and had an appointment booked almost immediately. Michael and Radar arrived on time and did an inspection of the entire home. We were relieved that no bedbugs were found. Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional, and understands the distress people feel when confronted with this problem. He was helpful and directed me to great resources so I could be proactive and preventative. Radar is a beautiful dog, and clearly very well trained. I would absolutely recommend Michael and Radar to anyone and everyone. Money well spent for the peace of mind!

Service was quick, efficient, friendly and thorough. Paul clearly knows what he is doing, providing an accurate quote and coming as promised. My hinges were repaired, and a few other odds and ends that I had lived with for years rectified. (loose drawer front, banging noise when door closed). Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Repaired my blind faster than predicted, and actually charged less than quoted repair price! The price I paid for this repair was 1/3 what I would have paid at another place where I had been given a quote. No one could have done the job more quickly either!
