When Rob returned my original inquiry call within minutes, was at my door within a couple of hours and provided a firm quote before he left (all the while being very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and fair), we knew this was the kind of company that we wanted to work with. Within a week or so, they dropped by to take the exact measurements to prefabricate the aluminum capping and the doors were installed professionally and neatly on the day that we scheduled 6 weeks in advance when we ordered them. Nicolas' work is excellent, careful and meticulous. There is no such thing as "good enough". Everything has to be perfect including matching caulking colors to frame, removal of all old caulking, ensuring enough replacement "stuffing" around the frames, use of highest-quality industrial caulking, finishing/smoothing at a consistent angle which makes a HUGE difference aesthetically, cleaning up along the way, etc.. On the day of the job, Nicolas began the work with color we had pre-matched and selected, but upon applying the material, he noticed that it was not as perfect a match as he expected...which meant that he terminated the work and returned the following week with material that truly was a perfect match. Most contractors would have completed the job with the excuse that the color was already pre-approved. Thank you "Nico" for your caring work, attention to detail and for taking pride in your trade.
