Mike answered our request for a quote right away and explained everything in the quote. He was always punctual and kept us in the loop. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and took his time to explain things to us. Installation of the furnace, AC and water tank took two days as he indicated. Mike was fair, professional and his customer service was excellent! Would definitely recommend him and use his company in the future if needed.
