High Park paint is as great local paint shop. They can match colours from old paint and are very helpful with what you need to do and use for each project. They are efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Support your local paint shop, so much nicer than the big stores,
Rocco is a reliable and creative contractor. He makes sure you get a reasonable price and is flexible and creative to make the budget work for your needs. He has lots of experience and will tell you what works best. He also is able to understand what your taste is so that you get the look of what your are after. He has done large and small projects and is very respectful of client, sub trades and neighbours.
Moved from large family home and Emerald did it over 2 days which made it less hysterical and possible. They were not the cheapest for estimates but included everything - and so the price was the real price. No surprises. The other movers could not have accomplished the move in the time nor price they estimated. The 3 guys - including Irish owner of Emerald - were careful and courteous. They wrapped the furniture and carefully loaded the van. The move involved unloading into 3 areas (same location, house, garage and basement)and this did not pose a problem for the, They loaded and unloaded the truck accordingly and were easy to get along with. They know their stuff and worked really hard and efficiently.
