Visited the 17 Gertrude St., Hamilton location before Christmas...owner's son helped me pick out a Baywatch pinball machine...he was knowledgeable and a great salesman. We purchased the machine and the next night, my wife and son and myself were given a three hour training and helpful hints from Dallas and then her husband helped us load our machine for home. We have been given excellent guidance for any problems we have had...We even had a "housecall" by Bill. We are very satisfied with the customer service and the game.
