As the title states, I originally requested quotes on homestars 3 years ago. Several companies responded including Garage Door Depot. I spent the next 3 years trying real hard not to part with my hard earned money. I re-engaged Greg a couple of times to ask general questions and he was always willing to take time out of his schedule to take my calls. After a lot of research, getting other quotes and reading reviews on various platforms, and a 43 year old door and door opener that were starting to give me a hard time, I contacted Greg to order a new door. We spoke briefly on the phone, he offered to come over and troubleshoot the issue I was having with the door in the meantime free of charge while we wait for COVID delivery. I declined the kind gesture as it wasn't an emergency. I Paid deposit via e-transfer and my door was ordered. It was received in the time frame I was advised and we booked an install appointment, a week later I'm admiring my new insulated beautiful garage door and my (customer supplied) door opener. My garage was left cleaner than when he recieved it! A very thorough explanation and walkthrough of my new opener. I am beyond ecstatic with the integrity and professionalism of this entire experience. Very fair and competitive prices!!! Thank you again Greg for this beauty!!
