Mike was courteous enough to let me know he was running late. He went right to work. He was efficient, helpful and answered all of my questions, even when I asked them twice. He explained the service and warranty policies and how to look after the screen. All in all, a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends.
