They called before they arrived to let me know the time they would show up at the house. They arrived at the time specified. We did a survey of what I wanted moved They then organized the items so as to make the best use of the space on the truck. They moved the boxes and then padded the items to be moved and transported them to the new house. They placed the items in the new home as directed. They did a very good job of moving the items I identified.
