Our KitchenAid dishwasher installed in Feb 2016 was leaking on the left side. We did not notice the leak, as it was intermittent, until it affected the wood barrier between the DW and range. The leak occurred only during the wash/rinse cycle. Louis from Appliance Service Centre worked on this problem until he solved it. Not an easy job as it turned out the reason for the leak was due to a loose screw holding the seal and upper cutlery rack which happened during manufacture. The same screw on the right side was also loose, but not enough to cause a leak. Louis checked all the screws holding the seal. To date no leaks thank goodness. I would certainly recommend this company. I would also like to comment that the company website and method of booking an online appointment is excellent.

John is a great guy and the epitome of customer service. He had exactly the sink and faucet that we wanted to modernize our kitchen. The order came when we required it and at the quoted price. John kept in touch so we knew when to pick up the product. I would highly recommend John and his company.

The staff at Merit were very professional. Susan worked with us to plan our kitchen renovation that included cherry cabinets. Because the existing kitchen was small, we decided on an extension which Susan planned for us. The cabinets were installed while we were away. Any issues (only small tweaks) were solved quickly. The cabinets are well made and beautiful to look at. We have dramatically increased our cabinet space. I would highly recommend Susan and the Merit installers. The costs were as quoted. We used this service through Costco.

We renovated our apartment this winter. Alberta Hardwood Flooring (formerly Lakeview Flooring) installed new flooring in all but the bathrooms. Installing flooring in an older building is not easy, especially as we have metal door frames. However, the installers were very meticulous. The cuts around the doors have been done with care. We were out of the country during the renovation, but this was not an issue when dealing with this company. The only place we could find suitable flooring for our needs, as apartments have specific regulations and we did not want wood, was with this company. We worked closely with Brenley who is very professional. She actually located the flooring we required from a large selection of different types. I would highly recommend Alberta Hardwood Flooring.

The Granite Guys are very professional. They did an excellent job of finishing and installing our Silestone Quartz countertop. We worked with them ahead of time to ensure that all the details were clear. The final cost was as estimated. We were out of the country while our kitchen was renovated, but this was not an issue when dealing with The Granite Guys. Amanda and Walter were the staff we interacted with and both proved to be professional. Our contractor said the same about the installers. I would not hesitate to recommend The Granite Guys.
