Found water seeping out from living room ceiling, sure there is a leak in the heavy rain in the night. Read the reviews and called Malcolm, he came right away and fixed the problem in the next few hours. He tried to analyze all the possibility and explained to us then addressed accordingly, he's confidence of of his work done. Great customer service! Now the problem is fixed! Highly recommend
