Moe was very professional coming in and giving his opinion. He gave me his opinion and estimate. I agreed with the price and had the work done. I reviewed his company on homestars and happy I did. He was not there but his crew that worked was professional, communicated with me on the layout and how they would do it with least amount of patch up. They were thorough and did not rush. Overall satisfaction. Awesome workmanship and teamwork. Thanks guys

It was lack of professionalism period. Don't know how still in business. No source of manageMENT contact after purchasing. Kamran was the worst as everyone kept saying talk to Kamran. I seen him one time at the sale in my experience. Once he collected the money it was me who had to contact them every week for one month to know the status of my delivery. Then Mancooky at the office says he will have someone call. NO ONE RETURNS CALL. NO RETURNS AFTER 30DAYS OF PURCHASE WHICH WAS NEVER SAID ON PURCHASE OF HARDWOOD. NO PROBLEM BRINGING BACK IF YOU WANT TO BUY MORE!! YEAH RIGHT 35% RESTOCKING FEE. CORRUPT BUSINESS PEOPLE. NOT EVEN BUSINESS PEOPLE IF YOU ASK ME. I WAS AT THE STORE IN SCARBOROUGH AND OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE INSTALL. YOU HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE EVEN FOR FREE INSTALL AS YOU PAY FOR MATERIALS UP FRONT. NO WAY OUT. YOU LOSE. BUY IF YOU WANT CHEAP THAT IS WHAT YOU GET FROM QUALITY TO SERVICE. THE WOOD PIECES COME IN 8 SIZES NOTHING MORE THAN 3 FEET LONG!!!!!!!!!! GAPS EVERYWHERE. I AS A HOMEOWNER AM PROUD TO OWN AND THEN HAVE PEOPLE HAVE NO CARE FOR WHAT THEY SELL AND SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. BE WARNED.
