Our condo got water damaged from suite above during their renovation - creating a roof problem, which also created a wall leaking, cracking "we need to repaint the walls" problem. Spencer has the perfect tools for quick measuring and tremendous experience and connections. We had our roof repaired and painted, and we painted the entire suite and bathroom. New water stain in basement. Couldn't find the source. Omer systematically went through the options and found the leak. Completely happy with process. Have a plan in place to fix which meets our eye perfectly. Headache gone.
