This is our second paint project with Pro Rise and our experience was just as prompt and professional as the first one. Everything went really smooth upon first contact; email and phone correspondences were all precise and detailed and always in a timely manner, the paint quote was reasonable and accurate, and they completed their work faster than expected. We were very satisfied with the outcome of the paint project: excellent quality and they left the apartment clean and tidy. We highly recommend the entire Pro Rise team!

We needed our rental condo unit painted so we googled for painters in the lower mainland. Prorise came up in the search results with glowing reviews, so we contacted them. Joseph called me within the hour to discuss the scope of the project. He then conducted an on-site visit the next day and provided his recommendation on approaching a rental unit paint project a bit differently - which will save us money in the long-term. His expertise and experience with various types of painting projects was very evident. Despite the short turn around time of less than a week before our tenants moved in, Prorise did a very professional paint job with attention to detail and the cleanup was very thorough. Joseph was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the progress of the project. Prorise is very reasonable with their rates. We were quoted for 2 coats of paint, however, the paint job required 3 coats of paint for it to look good. Prorise never charged us for the extra coat and invoiced us the same amount as originally quoted on. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Prorise again for our future projects!
