We hired the company to renovate our 40 + year old pool. The project included: vynle surface on a concrete pool, replace the old concrete around the pool with new plated concrete. We have used the new pool for a full season without any issue. We enjoy it very much. We deeply appreciate the great job done by your company.

I have a 46 year old flat roof house. I took ownership of the property 6 years ago and I replaced the roof with other company. It leaked every year. Whenever we called for service, they came and fixed the problem. But the leakage went on in other places. I was completely fed up. I didn't have second quote and directly went with this company after i read the previous review. It turned out to be a right decision. As for the workmanship, the Best Flat Roof and the previous company are like day and night. Yes it is more expensive. But you get what you paid for. By the way, the owner is very cool; he doesn't require deposit on signing of the contract. He even told me you can pay me in full after you use the roof for a while with tests from heavy rainfall and snow. I almost forced him to accept payment on project completion. I think that is how confident the company is.

I always relied on homestar to search for the contractors for my house improvement projects such as flat roof, swimming poor etc with great satisfaction. This time our experience working with P&P is no exception to be very good. I have a 46 years old house with a finished basement but without bathroom because the house uses septic tank. After we decided to put a bathroom in the basement, we interview 3 companies. The quote from P&P was not the lowest, but we appreciated the knowledge and the professionalism of Nataneal, the owner of the company, and chose to go with P&P. Mauricio is the project manager and he is a very friendly guy. He and his worker come to work in my house 8am sharp every day and work throughout the day. They never missed one working day. Mauricio went with me to purchase material and provided me advices on color, quality, and right quantity of material. There is no waste of material at the end of the project. The plan was 4 weeks to complete the project. They made it 4 days ahead of due date. As for the workmanship, Mauricio paid attention to any small details. I am impressed by details like he made a slight inward tilt of the marble under to shower glass to prevent water flowing out, and the place for shampoo and body wash is simply a masterpiece. My wife was away when the project was completed. When she came home, she wanted to build a shelf in an empty space. P&P was willing to send people back to do that for us without extra charge. That was lots of work! For me, P&P means a group of honest people who can produce decent job. For any future project, there wouldn't be any second thought, P&P will be my choice.
