This is at least the 5th home cleaning MONA has done for me. Every cleaning has been excellent and I keep forgetting to do a review. Rhonda, the most recent cleaner was excellent, just as all the others have been. MONA offers several cleaning options including a seniors discount. The cleaning has always been accomplished in a very professional manner. Thank-you MONA staff.

My home required a "Routine Clean". The MONA cleaner was Rondine who did an excellent job! She arrived on time & completed the cleaning within the proposed estimated time-frame. She was very professional & knew her stuff. She asked all the right questions & did not hesitate to approach me if she wasn't sure about any task she was working on. The contact person at MONA was also very helpful & always replied quickly to my questions. The cost was was well within the range for the cleaning required. There is a senior's discount which is another plus. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this cleaner and company.

Although my appointment was not urgent, I was able to book one within a day. Zahir and his Associate arrived on time. I much appreciated the heads-up telephone call in advance of their arrival. Zahir was very thorough and did an excellent inspection. He also provided some very good advice and also explained how a few things worked which will be very helpful to me for future planning &/or decision-making. I have been using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for a number of years and highly recommend the them.

I have been having problems with a slow flushing toilet. John K the technician from Hoerner plumbing was very helpful in figuring out what the problem was as well as giving me some advice about another issue with the same toilet. He and Rafiq K (a second technician) went beyond the basic service standard. Much thanks to Hoerner Plumbing.

When he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation; described in clear detail what needed to be done; provided me with an initial quote which remained the same when the work was completed; and showed and explained to me what had been done. Dave had also given me excellent advice about what kind of toilet to purchase and had explained in layman' terms what the toilet problem was.
