Very pleased with the customer service from Al. Called for an emergency service Sunday night - which was answered quickly. He arrived within an hour. Our issue turned out to be outside with Mississauga hydro so he could not help us but he did trouble shoot it and called hydro for us. He was friendly and professional and very patient with our German Shepherds who were trying to eat him the entire time, and very knowledgeable and happy to explain things as he went along. We had a great conversation with him while we waited for Hydro to come. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Used Go Mini's for our storage during our recent move. Cannot say enough about how easy this service was to use, and the great customer service provided. Moving is highly stressful and the young lady on the phone Laurie consistently soothed our nerves and reassured us that everything would work out fine ( and it did). Her constant sense of humor and understanding was greatly appreciated during the most stressful times. Mini was delivered, loaded and removed to storage without a hitch. We didn't even have to be home! When we closed on our new home, the MINI was delivered back to us promptly. The driver was polite and friendly and was in and out in ten minutes. So convenient! it was stressed to me repeatedly that no guaranteed times were given due to traffic and other issues, but that they would 'aim' for a certain window- and they were there within that window. Can't ask for more than that. Cannot say enough about this great service and I would highly recommend it to anyone else .
