Frontier spent time with me and provided detailed feed back before we started. I have worked with contractors on home improvements in past and experienced stress. I enjoyed working with Frontier because they took the time to answer my questions and gave me lots of feedback. They came to my home to suggest whats best and how to use my full space. They customized everything so now I have twice the cupboard space but my kitchen is the same size.
I first went to Ikea. I fell in love with their design and not really knowing any other place to go. Then I spoke with their salesperson. They knew nothing about what they were selling. My husband asked them about the cabinets being standard and fitting our space. They said it will fit. Meanwhile they are trying to sell me these things that go in the middle that don't even let me use the space I have in my kitchen. It's all pre made and they just slap on extra pieces that I can't to be used for storage space. Yes my kithen would've looked good but it wouldn't be functional. I put in the order anyway because there was no one else I knew. BIG MISTAKE. They sent some kid for a "consultation" who didn't even know what was going on. Overall I came back a few days later to ask cancel my order. I am still having problems dealing with that
