Duct work not working properly-cold rooms in winter and warm in summer
My purchased home had an issue with air pressure being very low in some rooms which made the rooms cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Victor visited my home to do a detail inspection/investigation and narrowed the issue to two causes. On the following appointment, he cut out a ceiling drywall/duct, pinpoint the cause and fixed the one equation of the problem. Secondly, the Aeroseal test show 251.2 CFM of leakage in the duct work, which after Duct sealing was performed, reduced to 7.7 CFM of leakage, 96.9% improvement. Put it simply, the problem in the cold/warm room is resolved with great improvement in all the rooms. I highly recommend this company and Victor for your duct problems.
