My fiancé and I have been shopping around for a water softener since moving to Newmarket as our skin was becoming extremely dry and the water stains and odour were becoming a concern. We contacted several companies and met with different representatives. Then we met Tom. He was able to give us an appointment the very next day and sat in our home providing us so much information.
