Choosing any tradesperson is tough but roofers are probably the toughest because unless you've been a roofer, you don't really have a great understanding of the job. We got about 6 quotes to have the shingle and flat roof replaced on our 90-year old semi-detached house. Luc's Roofing's quote was in the mid-upper range. Ben walked us through what needed to be done, helped guide us through shingle colour choices, laid out a work schedule, etc. He was professional and instilled confidence so we went with Luc's Roofing. We were not disappointed. After some weather delays (rain and extreme heat), the crew arrived early in the morning and worked straight through the 3 days. Neighbours have mentioned to me how hard they worked and how focused they were. We had a newborn baby so we were anxious to get the work done as efficiently as possible and the guys delivered. They also left the yard tidy everyday and spotless after the job. The final product is outstanding and attractive. This is a quality company with quality employees.
